Cheese and Tapas’s work is the result of a love for food and the selection of the best products from well-known traditional companies for supermarkets, specialty shops and catering.
These innovative cheese plates are produced on Dutch soil in the authentic village (known for traditional costume and fishing) Bunschoten Spakenburg.
The products are developed and manufactured by ourselves under the trendy brand Cheezz Me.
Our mission is to manufacture high-quality tapas trays where convenience is leading.

Gouda Young and Old
Noord-Hollandse Gouda owes its full flavor to the polders of Noord-Holland. The soil there is slightly salty and this produces meadow milk that is naturally creamier. The ideal basis for a creamy cheese with an unique full flavor.
Goat cheese
The basis of our semi-hard goat cheese is the best goat milk available. This first-class milk comes from farms in the south of the country. The milk has a creamy character. The perfect basis for our goat cheese. In addition, goat cheese is naturally ripened on wooden planks. And you can taste it!
Brie
The modern cream brie is a very popular variation on the original types of Brie. Cream brie is a last century invention that quickly came popular. Adding a touch of cream creates a soft specialty with a mild and accessible taste. The edible rind gives the cheese a rich flavor reminiscent of mushrooms. Perfect of course for a toast.

Camembert
This Camembert is a white mold cheese that ripens from the crust inwards. The dairy is yellow under the crust and soft for the best flavor.
French Emmental
This French Emmentaler is a delicious firm cheese with a delicious nutty taste. Characteristic are the large eyes, the holes in the cheese make this one of the most famous hole cheeses in the world.
Grana Padano
This original Parmesan cheese ripens for at least 16 months and has an intense, slightly spicy taste with slightly sweet nuances. Surprisingly delicious with a good glas wine. The milk comes from a large number of defined Italian regions.
Manchego
This is the most famous and most produced cheese in Spain. It is made from sheep’s milk. The Manchega sheep is most common in Spain. Our good Machego cheese has matured for at least 2 months. This Manchego has a sweet, mild nutty flavor.
